Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued for returns accepted under our Return Policy and for orders cancelled before dispatch.

Refund Method and Timing

• Card payments are refunded to the same card within 7 to 14 business days after the return is approved.
• Cash-on-delivery and bank-transfer orders are refunded by bank transfer within 7 business days.

Partial Refunds

If a returned product is missing accessories or shows signs of use, a partial refund may be offered after inspection.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
