14-Day Return
You may return a product within 14 days of delivery if it is unused, in its original sealed packaging and with all accessories and documents.
How to Return
- Contact us through the Contact Us page or by email with your order number.
- Our team confirms the return and arranges collection or drop-off.
- After inspection, the refund or exchange is processed.
Exceptions
- Software licences, activated devices and consumables cannot be returned once opened.
- Products installed or configured by request are covered by warranty, not by the return policy.
- Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or fails within the warranty period, PowerSMTP handles the manufacturer warranty on your behalf and provides a repair or replacement.
