1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern every purchase made through this online store, operated by PowerSMTP (referred to as "PowerSMTP", "we" or "us"). By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order in case of stock shortage, pricing error or suspected fraud, and any payment received will be refunded.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are in EGP and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout using one of the methods listed in our Payment Policy.

4. Delivery and Installation

Delivery times are estimates. When installation is purchased, the installation date is agreed with you and depends on site readiness.

5. Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer warranty. PowerSMTP manages warranty claims on your behalf. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation by third parties, power surges or unauthorised modification.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return Policy and Refund Policy.

7. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of business or data.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
