PowerSMTP delivers across Egypt. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Cairo.

Delivery Time

• Cairo and Giza: 1 to 3 business days
• Alexandria and Delta: 2 to 4 business days
• Other governorates: 3 to 6 business days

Products marked as made-to-order or requiring installation are scheduled with you after the order is confirmed.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Special handling for large or heavy equipment (racks, cabinets, large displays) is quoted before dispatch.

Installation

Because PowerSMTP is a system integrator, most products can be delivered together with professional installation and configuration. Select the installation option at checkout or ask our team for a quotation.

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, including the courier details. You can also follow your order from your account page.
